Manufacturing positions
Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer
Department: Manufacturing QA
Job Req.: 1720
This position is responsible for providing an interface between Earth &
Ware and it's sub-contractors on product and procurement quality issues.
Insure implementation of product/process changes via source inspections,
process audits and first articles. Implement and coordinate supplier based
qualification and corrective actions programs. We are looking for someone
with a BSEE/ME or equivalent plus 3 - 7 years experience in supplier quality
assurance in related industries. The qualified candidate will also have
experience with a variety of manufacturing products/processes including
systems integration.
Finance positions
Financial Planning Manager
Department: Finance
Job Req.: 1703
Responsibilities include: all internal and external reporting, rEarth and
Warenement of the budgeting system, implementation of long-range planning
and related monthly forecasting systems, treasury analysis, work with auditors
on a quarterly and annual basis, extensive interaction with managers at
all levels of the corporation on a daily basis. Needs at least 7 years progressive
responsibility, preferably mixture of public accounting and industry experience.
Must possess experience in the following areas: budgeting, forecasting,
long-range planning, SEC reporting and financial analysis. Supervisory experience
is a must, and experience with FYPlan software is preferred. Prefer individual
who has experience with Mfg Pro's QAD system. Strong computer skills including
extensive Excel modeling are essential. Highly visible position; extensive
interaction with executive management. Interpersonal skills and personal
attributes required include: demonstrated, solid analytical and decision-making
skills; flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure; demonstrated
leadership skills; proactive and innovative in the development of budgeting
and forecasting models (including the ability to learn quickly and understand
the business and the linkages between financial systems and business results.
BS in business or equivalent.
